Who we serve

Hotels & Restaurants

Guest-facing pavement, maintained on a schedule that never intrudes on a guest's stay.

What makes this property type different

  • Arrival experience sets the tone before a guest reaches the desk
  • Work has to happen overnight and be invisible by check-in
  • Valet and rideshare traffic concentrates wear at the porte-cochère
  • Deliveries and waste collection cannot be interrupted

The drive-in is the first impression, and hospitality is one of the few sectors where pavement condition directly affects reviews.

Overnight execution

Almost all of our hospitality work happens between late evening and early morning, phased so that arriving guests never encounter equipment or closed access. We plan around your occupancy calendar, not ours.

The wear pattern is unusual

Hotel lots fail unevenly. The porte-cochère takes constant low-speed turning and standing traffic, the service side takes heavy delivery loading, and the outer parking areas may see comparatively little use. Treating the whole lot as one uniform asset over-spends on some areas and under-maintains others.

We have worked on properties where quality and professionalism were non-negotiable, including preparing Hard Rock Stadium’s parking for Super Bowl LIV.

Questions we get from Hotels & Restaurants clients

When would you actually be on site?

Overnight, in almost all cases, planned around your occupancy calendar. Arriving guests should never encounter equipment or a closed entrance.

Our porte-cochère fails faster than the rest of the lot. Why?

Because it takes a completely different kind of loading — constant low-speed turning plus vehicles standing still. Treating the whole lot as one uniform asset over-spends on the outer areas and under-maintains the arrival zone. Those areas are often better served by concrete.
